- Acting as a role model within the business by having high standards in term of attitude, conduct and performance;
- Organise and deliver training sessions, On boarding day for new entry people;
- Communicate feed-back to the managers and supervisors;
- Organise and deliver presentations for Buh office; plan and organise training calls with other G2 offices -on request;
- Create and update manuals and procedures for our G2 Buh departments;
- Receive and log the Complaints into our Complaints Log smart sheet;
- Communicate very well, fast and clear, with Complaints PIC in each Buh department, to ensure Complaints are closed each month, within deadlines, with all necessary information;
- Perform follow up after training sessions and provide information to the managers and supervisors in Buh office;
- Perform reporting activities.
