-Engineering Master degree in Engineering, Science or Mathematics
-Experience with safety standards in automotive industry (ISO26262)
-Several years experience in automotive embedded SYS/SW development (ADAS), -Requirements management in DOORS and software development (Automotive SPICE)
-Fluent German and English skills

-Continuous member of the function core team, providing technical leadership for discussions and plannings with project/program management
-Cooperation with Systems/SW Architects, Software Development and Test engineers to ensure consistency relating to assigned function
-Function definition with respect to boundaries, conditions and constraints
-System definition requirements for customer functions and definition of mechanisms for fault detection, related reactions and compensatory behavior
-Putting customer function on the bench and on the test vehicle into operation
-Supporting problem resolution and change management for related function together with Hardware, Software and Testing
-KPIs definition and performance per function in alignment with system requirements, develops appropriate measurement procedures
-Providing the technical lead for a function, review first test strategy, test list and test setup
