Product Technical Manager ADAS

-University degree in electrical/SW engineering or equivalent education
-5+ years of professional experience in the field of automotive system development (electrical/ SW), preferably in ADAS domain
-Team skills, social competence and a purposeful, structured way of working
-Self-initiative, high flexibility and communication / negotiation skills
-Fluent English language skills, German and French advantageous

-Project set-up and monitoring of the technical project scope and the R&D budget in the respective project
-Drafting the project plan in cooperation with the R&D specialists departments
-Daily follow-up of the project plan and, if necessary, introduction of corrective measures
-Functional management of the employees assigned to the project
-Follow-up the individual R&D work packages with a strong SW focus
-Ensure conformity of project execution according to development process procedures with support of relevant stakeholders
-Drive problem resolution and ticket burn down applying standard methods
-Maintain close contact with the client's technical decision makers
-Accountable for the deliverables of R&D due to ensure the success of the project
-Direct reporting to Head of R&D Customer Group and functionally to the commercial project manager
