    Responsabilitati

    • Organize, follow and prepare the calendar and daily agenda of the CEO;
    • Registering of documents;
    • Evidence of contracts with providers;
    • Organize business meetings, dinners, cocktails for the CEO and the Executive Committee members;
    • Make travel arrangements, national or international, for the CEO and the Executive Committee members;
    • Organize the social life of the company, Administration Committee, Audit Committees, Risk Committees,
    • Internal Control Committees, at the company headquarters or in other locations;
    • Track spendings and deductions of the CEO, in collaboration with the Accounting department;
    • Verify the documents in the signature map according to internal administrative procedures and distribute them after signing;
    • Process and redact the documents demanded by the management;
    • Ensure the correspondence with the Financial Surveillance Authority;
    • Administrative tasks (take and redirect phone calls towards the concerned persons, interface between the management and contributors)
    • Archive, scan and keep up to date the company contracts and register them in the excel table;
    • Register the correspondence received for the CEO in the correspondence register;
    • Keep up to date the correspondence register;
    • Report specific possible risk events and loses;
    • Other responsibilities according to in force main and secondary legislative provisions.
