DEPARTMENT MANAGER - ZARA TIMISOARA

As a Manager we put the business in your hands! You will be responsible of the daily store activities as:

HR & Team Management:

·Recruits, interviews, develops and maintains a strong team members
·To ensure that inductions and relevant training are carried out for all employees
·To recognize potential candidates for promotion

Commercial and sales activity:

·To use commercial information and product knowledge to drive sales and other activity in the store using the internal provided tools
·Participation to the visual merchandising process
·Provides highest level of care to customers

Planning and coordinating:

·Prioritizes tasks to maximize efficiency of team
·Takes initiative to accomplish all set goals
·Leads and motivates teams by setting the example
