• Successful study of computer science or comparable education
• Ideally some first work experience in the above-mentioned tasks
• Capability in design of open systems IT solutions and related techniques and languages (e.g. data and process modeling OOA/OOD and UML, JAVA, SQL, Oracle DB, MQ, Unix-OS, Web-Logic or IBM WebSphere)
• Knowledge and first experience with software development methods (traditional and agile/SCRUM based)
• Solution-oriented and structured way of working
• Abstraction and understanding of processes
• Independence and initiative
• Customer-oriented thinking and acting
• Communication skills and team orientation
• Very good command of spoken and written English

• Designing and carrying out users’ support processes, providing Customer local support dedicated to the usage of UniCredit Services in scope applications and technological platforms in Italy;
• Realization and further development as well as technical and functional application support of the Global Corporate Portal & corporate e-banking solution of the UniCredit Group based on Java and web technologies
• Integration of the corporate portal front-end & corporate e-banking (license software components) into UniCredit's application landscape
• Development and integration with middleware & backend systems for Portal widgets
• Consulting for internal customers regarding technical questions of the Global Corporate Portal & corporate e-banking
• Technical analysis, conception and implementation of customer requirements
• (Integration-)test support and build & deploy of new versions for the test phases
• Cooperation with the technical and organizational contact persons in the team and business department as well as the software manufacturer
