• A minimum of 2 year experience in telecommunications companies
• Advance English Level.
• CCNA/JNCIA knowledge. Certifications presents an advantage;
• Good abilities with Office Suite
• Good understanding of Ethernet, TCP/IP, Spanning Tree, EIGRP, OSPF, DHCP, DNS, SNMP, QoS, Fibre Channel. BGP is mandatory;
• Good understanding of Operating Systems: Windows, Linux;
• Client oriented.
• Basic hardware knowledge.

• Surveying almost any type of solution in maximum 24 hours (to respect the company standards).
• Implementing almost any type of solution in maximum 48 hours (to respect the company standards).
• Testing old, new or possible CPE used by UPC Romania to implement any kind of network solution for B2B customers
• Participating in phone conferences with the project management team, sales team and clients to deliver the best cost-effective solutions.
• Issuing and implementing L1, L2 and L3 solutions for B2B customers over an existing ISP network with best cost-performance ratio
• Issuing night tickets for solutions that have medium to high risk of impacting the network at implementation (for avoiding unwanted bad customer experience the implementation is been executed at night)
• Documenting all implemented solution.
