    • 5+ years of experience working as test automation engineer
    • 8+ years of experience in software testing and testing methodologies
    • Proven track record of leading testing projects, from planning to successful completion
    • Extensive working experience with a test automation tool/framework; good understanding of different test automation frameworks, tools and concepts
    • Proficiency in a programming language
    • Solid understanding of testing methods, levels, types and techniques
    • Good understanding of the different SDLC frameworks (Agile and Waterfall)
    • B.S./M.S. in Computer Science, or equivalent degree.

    • Fluent English
    Will be considered as plus:
    • Knowledge of German or Hungarian

    • You will be working with clients
    o You will support our sales personnel with your professional expertise
    o Drive the requirement discussions and the solution design process
    o Present the testing/test automation solution
    • You will manage and execute client projects
    o You will provide comprehensive project-level testing solutions including risk analysis, test plan, test architecture, execution plan
    o Do the project setup, resource allocation and coordinate project execution
    o And you will also get your hands dirty by doing actual test automation together with the testing team
    • You will supervise the testing team
    o Your job will be to manage a diverse testing team including manual testers and test automation engineers with different technical proficiency (e.g. Java, .NET, Selenium, Tosca)
    o You will support your team professionally, from both test automation best practices and testing methodology perspective
    o While your team members are situated at different locations (client and QS office)
    o You will help growing the team by hiring manual testers and test automation engineers
