    In this role, you will oversee tasks delegated to you by the Project Manager and generally ensure that the project is moving forward on time and on budget.

    This position is open to graduates with a logical mindset as well as for candidates with relevant work experience of at least two years in similar positions.

    Our ideal candidate is flexible with regards to learning new skills. You are able to juggle multiple responsibilities, without losing track of what is important.

    Highly organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize tasks while working independently or with very little supervision.
    Keen attention to detail and an aptitude for problem solving
    Able to proactively address potential issues
    Excellent computer skills with very good command of Microsoft Office


    With guidance from the project manager, you will assist on different tasks. Your duties will be, but are not limited to:

    Work collaboratively with the project manager and team to maximize productivity
    Review and analyze the Key Performance Indicators.
    Organize and monitor schedules and see that deadlines are met
    Report updates verbally and in written form to management
    Complete any necessary administrative tasks, such as research and email
    Database maintenance, preparation of presentations and reports
