    Requirements

    - Preferably at least 2 years’ experience in logistic, supply chain, international trade or transport;
    - University studies (preferably Logistic, Transport or Commerce);
    - English - conversational level, French - advanced;
    - Good working knowledge of Microsoft office packages;
    - Incoterms specifications are a strong advantage;
    - Organizational and planning skills;
    - Problem-solving ability, accuracy and attention to details.

    Responsibilities

    Mission:

    The intercontinental freight forwarder, as part of the purchase of logistics services, organizes the shipment of the tires (Finished products) from the distribution center to all over the world. He / she is responsible for an autonomous export flow.

    Main activities:

    - Schedules orders from our factories in Europe to importing areas;
    - Prepares the necessary documentation for exports, in order to transport the goods from warehouse to customer with agreed suppliers;
    - Ensures the smooth execution of planning;
    - Gives support to ensure the smooth transportation of finished goods;
    - Monitors practices to ensure compliance with performance indicators;
    - Maintains good quality of service with importing areas;
    - Proposes and implements continuous improvement actions;
    - Contribute to projects.
