Currently, Michelin Romania has over 4000 employees, three factories, two in Zalău and one in Floreşti, a commercial network and a Center of Excellence and Shared Services( Bucharest), which provides support services to various entities Michelin in Europe. Also, the commercial activities of the Group for Central and Eastern Europe are coordinated from Bucharest (12 countries).

    Requirements

    • Fluency in Russian and English;
    • University degree;
    • At least 1 year experience in a back-office or administrative position;
    • Curiosity and eager to learn new things;
    • Team spirit and can do attitude

    How will you be doing this?

    Your will be responsible of the HR administration tool, named InTouch, by doing:

    - Inputs of hiring, changes and dismissals in the system;
    - Reporting (InTouch BI + other internal tools);
    - Prepare the standard reports according to the list provided by the internal partner;
    - Update documents by request;
    - Send reminders to management team, related to non-created documents;
    - Send documents by request;
    - Staff admin changes;
    - Invoices treatment: split by cost centers and treatment in internal tool (DART).
