    Requirements

    For one of our clients, a multinational Pharma company, we are searching for:

    Reporting Assistant with Norwegian & Swedish

    Requirements:

    * BA/BS degree required
    * Minimum 2 - 4 years of professional experience is required
    * Fluency in Swedish and Norwegian
    * Fluency in oral and written English is required as it is the “common tongue” among all EU markets
    * Good level working experience in Microsoft Excel is absolutely required (vlookup, conditional formatting, consolidating multiple data points, pivot tables, basic math formulas)
    * Fundamental understanding of analyzing and managing medium sets of data via Excel (data files could range from 300 tolines of transactions) is required
    * Finance or accounting or database management experience is a plus
    * Knowledge of ERPs (SAP, E1, etc.) and Procure-to-Pay systems is a plus
    * Developed skills in teamwork with multi-national customer service is a plus
    * Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related field with payment disclosure requirements is a plus

    Responsibilities

    * This role is responsible for working with various financial data source systems in Sweden and Norway, analyzing the financial data, and creating consistent and accurate reporting that reflects the payments the company has made to Healthcare Professionals (HCP) and Healthcare Organizations (HCO) to meet the EFPIA reporting requirements.
    * The activity will require that contracted resource work directly with the company's colleagues located in Sweden or Norway, and indirectly with multiple others located in different EU countries via conference/video calls.
