    •Bachelor degree;
    •Great communication an interpersonal skills;
    •A minimum industrial HR experience of 3 years;
    •Experience in leading a team, communication courses, negotiation skills, problem solving.


    •Participates in daily meetings set by the Plant Manager ( QRQC at Plant Section level, monthly meeting and other meetings when requested), in order to identify the problems, to find solutions or to report various situations;
    •Participates in meetings with operators on various topics related to Human Resources and H&S;
    •Participates in weekly meetings in order to identify the recruitment needs for direct productive employees in the next period;

    Recruitment & training:
    •Manages the recruitment projected volumes according to the production needs;
    •Monitors labor and recruitment needs both for direct and indirect employees;
    •Coordinates the selection process for direct employees;
    •Participates in the selection process and interviews for the indirect employees;
    •Directly coordinates the training activity for the direct employees (has in subordination the production coordinator trainers);

    •Monitors the rump-up indicators;
    •Manages the personnel in terms of social and disciplinary: absenteeism, disciplinary procedure;
    •Monitors the adherence to the safety rules and ensures public awareness campaigns during the initial training of the new employees;
    •Monitors absenteeism, turnover and implementation of the action plan;
    •Develops the required reports and presentations of Human Resources specific activity.
