Sales Manager - Brasov

HILL International has been working on the Romanian market since the 90’s, successfully conducting searches for top management and middle management roles in the Finance, Marketing, Sales, Technical, Supply Chain, Operations, Computers and Information Technology areas for international and multinational companies present in Romania (Agribusiness, Automotive, BPO/Call Center, Finance/Banking, Construction/Chemical/Plastic, FMCG, Oil&Gas, Pharma, Transportation/Logistics, etc).

-You own a University degree, preferably in Engineering/Construction;
-You have relevant sales experience in a similar position;
-You have very good commercial skills;
-You are able to act autonomously and have sense of initiative;
-Home-office working system is familiar to you;
-You own good English /German knowledge;
-Driving license is a must for being able to conduct your activity in the designated area.

-You will be responsible for Transilvania area;
-You will be in charge with actively prospecting the market of interest in the targeted area;
-You will promote the product to architects, contractors and end users;
-You will visit the clients;
-You will prepare the commercial offers;
-You will negotiating and finalize the contracts;
-You will conduct the full development of the projects;
- You will prepare and regularly provide the upper management with reports regarding the activity.
