- Notiuni de cablare structurata
- Cunostinte operare echipamente inregistrare (camera video, sistem sunet) reprezinta un plus
- Limba engleza nivel mediu - avansat ;
- Permis de conducere obligatoriu ( experienta in sofat)
- Atitudine pozitiva;
- Disponibilitate pentru deplasari in tara sau strainatate

- Evalueaza, prioritizeaza si rezolva cererile de asistenta ale utilizatorilor in probleme de natura IT&C (soft, hard, retelistica) din reteaua de magazine si birouri
- Pastreaza up-to-date procedurile din zona ServiceDesk (software, hardware si troubleshooting)
- Mentenanta si inventariere periodica echipamente
- Training specific pentru angajatii din magazine privind utilizarea echipamentelor
- Activitatile specifice IT pentru deschideri/inchideri magazine
