•Provide support in all exams related partnerships and events (education fairs, conferences)
•Assisting the Business Development Manager in administering Cambridge English seminars for teachers
•Daily administration and delivery of all paper based Professional and University exams in Romania
•Train, monitor, schedule and order payment for venue staff
•Book and pay venues which meet agreed standards and make all the arrangements for the sitting (equipment, branding, etc.)
•Payments to UK boards for all exams (create SAP purchase orders in Intercompany)
•Contributing to effective, compliant financial processes and accurate financial information for Exams operations
We are looking for a dynamic, communicative and highly motivated person to join our team as Examination Services Assistant
Location - Bucharest
Salary - trei mii sapte sute sapte zeci si sase RON gross/month
Duration - 2 years (with possibility of extension and a one-month-probation period)
