- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative or similar role
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of English at an advanced level
- To handle a variety of administrative support tasks, including answering phones, receiving visitors
- To greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
- To prepare meeting and training rooms
