    Requirements

    Requirements:
    •At least 6 months experience in Administration or Office Management
    •Good abilities in working with MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point
    •Excellent organizational and communication skills (both written and oral)
    •Must be fluent in English
    •Friendly and pro-active attitude
    •Strong abilities in prioritizing and planning the activities

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:
    •Manage communication with service providers, vendors, suppliers
    •Maintain monthly statistics of delivered services and products for planning, report and control purposes (water and vending machines, office and kitchen supplies consumption, etc.)
    •Manage delivery, distribution and storage of office and kitchen supplies, office paper and stationery
    •Receive, direct and relay telephone, fax & email and other queries
    •Greet, assist and direct candidates/new hires/visitors and the general public to the appropriate staff member (prepare coffee, set out catering orders)
    •Manage incoming/outgoing mail and courier services
    •Maintain the security sign-in book and a general filing system of correspondence, contacts and deliveries
    •Assist in the preparation of the reception interview rooms
    •Schedule different meetings when needed
    •Support the facilities team
