 IT tools for project management and engineering
 Fluent English

 FMCG experience
 Used to work in a multinational environment
 A successful record of working in a high performance oriented environment focused on delivering quality results
 10+ years of progressively increasing managerial experience in engineering, production and project management.

REPORTS TO: Plant Manager
WORKING PLACE: Brasov

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Senior engineering management role delivering long term technological and technical excellence of the production facilities in line with company strategic objectives.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Manage complex engineering projects related to production equipment and facilities throughout all phases from design to commissioning. Ensure projects are completed on time and meeting all projected parameters. Manage internal and external resources and suppliers performance. Manage selected international projects across other production sites located in different countries.
 Design optimal engineering solutions to achieve long-term business objectives with respect to product quality and innovation, productivity, ROI and total lifetime costs. Cooperate with all relevant functions, mainly production and marketing, to define required project deliverables, parameters and specifications. Review alternative technical concepts from overall business perspective and solve problems.
 Prepare proposals for investment plans and further technology development in line with strategic business goals. Proactively search for future opportunities of improving production equipment, state-of-the-art and leading edge technologies.
 In cooperation with group engineering and other production sites ensure equipment standardization and packaging harmonization, leveraging best practices and synergies.
 Contribute to product and packaging development to maximize utilization of the available and planned technical potential for driving innovation and profitability.
 Identify potential suppliers, prepare tender documentation, evaluate quotations, prepare, review and negotiate contract terms.
 Investment budget follow up in line with the approved guidelines, applied technologies and group practices
 Ensure compliance with legal requirements, health and safety regulations, food safety and quality regulations, company policies and internal regulations, procedures and code of conduct, in relation to any engineering project activities. Ensure timely obtaining all required authorizations and permits.
