Mandatory:

Familiarity with Java Enterprise Edition (servlets, web applications, n-tier architectures, web services, deployment, etc.)
Hands on experience with Relational Databases and SQL – preferred Oracle Databases and PL/SQL
Familiarity with Java Server Faces
Familiarity with Design Patterns and Best Practices
Experience with SVN (branching, merging, tracking code changes)
Good customer facing skills and fluent in English (both spoken and written)
Positive, “can do” attitude


Nice to have:

Familiarity with RichFaces
Familiarity with Maven
Familiarity with JUnit
Knowledge of Russian
Experience in Level 3 support (processes and SLAs) and direct interaction with customer

Designs, develops, tests and maintains functional requirements for existing Operational CRM application
Provides maintenance of existing live application, by contributing to investigating and resolving incidents
Contributes to implementing new features required by business users
Will work under occasional pressure by following established course of action
Participates in code reviews, provides and accepts constructive feedback
Focuses on results while following established processes
