    Activitatea Principala

    • Preluarea apelurilor primite de la clienti;
    • Gestionarea tuturor cerintelor clientilor intr-o maniera profesionista, in vederea mentinerii imaginii pozitive a companiei;
    • Tratarea tuturor reclamatiilor intr-o maniera diplomata, in vederea restabilirii increderii in serviciile companiei;
    • Oferirea unor servicii eficiente tuturor clientilor;
    • Inregistrarea si urmarirea parcursului comenzilor in sistem.
