• Cunostinţe şi experienţa în configurarea şi administrarea sistemelor de operare Windows;
• Cunostinţe în configurarea de soluţiii hardware, upgrade-uri;
• Certificările pentru Microsoft reprezintă un plus;
• Bune cunostinţe de limbă engleză;
• Capacitate de asimilare rapidă de noi cunoştinţe, atitudine proactivă.

• Asigură funcţionalitatea reţelei de calculatoare şi a echipamentelor de conectare şi de comunicaţii;
• Configurează securitatea pentru conturile de utilizator, configurează securitatea de reţea (Active Directory);
• Instruieşte şi asistă utilizatorii (HelpDesk);
• Actualizează atât software-ul existent, cât şi implementarea soluţiilor software (Antivirus, VPN, etc);
• Diagnosticare probleme (Troubleshoting);
• Controlul resurselor hardware, inventariere distribuire;
• Menţine, monitorizează şi depanează medii de lucru IT;
• Urmăreşte şi optimizează performanţa sistemelor IT;
• Efectuează operaţii de rutină: update, patch management, hotfix, backup pentru infrastructură;
• Evidenţă fizică echipamente şi licenţiere MS;
• HelpDesk pentru 50 useri în aceeaşi locaţie.
