Human Resources Counselor with French

- Management of questions/solicitations received
- Receive questions/solicitations (by phone or email) on HR topics from employees and HR representatives
- Record any questions/solicitations received to determine if they can be resolved by the contact center team or if it necessary to forward them to the second-level teams or to the center of expertise
- Direct clients to self-service options (for example: existing processes and policies on the portal) with simultaneous indications as needed
- Resolve the requests/solicitations of its scope of activity, either by telephone or by mail
- Escalate requests that do not fall within its scope to the second level or third level or to the center of expertise to authorized persons
- Solicit assistance from the Contact Center Manager/Team Coordinator to close out complex requests
- Track partially processed requests (with “pending “ status) and update status throughout the flow
- Ensure tickets are closed in a accordance with the agreed terms
- Report of existing/potential risks
