    Requirements

    Ideal Profile:

    You will act as a real business partner to find the best candidates for your clients thanks to knowledge gained on the business situation of the markets, positions and technologies.

    We are looking for curious candidates with a background in recruitment or sales to join us.

    You speak fluent English and also Czech-Slovak.

    An entrepreneurial spirit as well as a business development mind-set would be ideal in order to create and maintain qualitative relationships with your different points of contact.

    Your expertise will allow your clients to maximise their chances in quickly finding the best talent fit for their needs thus helping them to grow their market.

    Responsibilities

    Your Role
    As a Business partner, you will join our Recruitment department to contribute in strengthening the growth of Amaris on an international level.


    Lead the recruitment process:

    Sourcing, interviews, references. You will have access to the best recruitment tools on the market and you will be also supported by an amazing sourcing team to ensure your success!


    Be a Business Partner:

    Understand and challenge new needs; define a proactive Recruitment and Sourcing strategy.

    Work as a team with your clients, the managers and other TA teams.
    Handle multi-location recruitment projects.

    Develop a candidate network, by spotting expert candidates who are actively looking on the market today or available in the near future.

    Act as a unique qualitative spokesperson to your clients and candidates in order to strengthen relationships with them.

    Participate in each step of the recruitment process from identifying a recruitment need to sourcing and selecting the best candidates.

    Become an expert in recruitment within a specific sector and on different roles and markets.


    Follow-up and KPIs:

    Active participation in the recruitment meetings.

    Report regularly on qualitative and quantitative based performance and provide analysis on this.
