Senior Content Creation Specialist with German

Strong German and English skills;
Know their way around excel and know how to pull reports to monitor the KPIs;
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a relevant professional field;
Ability to tackle challenges, troubleshoot and follow things through from start to finish;
Strong analytical skills, a cute sense of numbers;
Keen eye for detail, enjoy putting themselves in the customer's shoes and can find creative solutions;
University studies in business administration, economics, psychology, social sciences or engineering will be an asset.

Are you enthusiastic about online shopping? Would you like to get involved with improving the online user experience for furniture retail?

You will improve the quality of our client’s online product catalog within the furniture retail market and make sure that products can drive customer satisfaction in different European markets;
You will evaluate existing processes on their efficiency/ effectiveness. Once you have identified areas for optimization, you can work on them along with the client – the improvements will be highly technology driven;
Your job will primarily be data insertion, data modification, and quality verification for high complex furniture products;
You will be in close collaboration with client stakeholders (e.g., taking part of the feedback calls, presenting ideas/ status of improvements).
