    BIA Human Resource Management Services a luat fiinta in 1992, numarandu-se printre primele companii de resurse umane din Romania. Pornind de la servicii de executive search, ne-am dezvoltat odata cu extinderea mediului de afaceri din Romania si am adaugat in portofoliul nostru servicii precum recrutarea si selectia de personal, salarizarea si administrarea de personal, consultanta in managementul resurselor umane, asistenta pentru expatriati, leasing de personal (agent de munca temporara) si consilierea in tranzitie de cariera.

    Astfel, fiind unul dintre pionierii serviciilor profesionale de resurse umane din Romania, am reusit sa fim alaturi de managerii de HR in ultimii peste 25 de ani. In tot acest timp, le-am oferit partenerilor nostri, cele peste 200 de companii din diverse domenii de activitate, cunostintele si abilitatile specialistilor nostri, precum si beneficiile tehnologiilor pe care acestia le folosesc in activitatea de zi cu zi.

    Cerinte

    Here is what you need:
    English proficiency both spoken and written;
    Customer oriented;
    Good time management skills to enable prioritization of workload;
    Strong computer skills, the ability to operate multiple applications and platforms at a time;
    Analytical thinking and multitasking skills;
    Strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills;
    Can-do personality, creative and committed to improve oneself and continuously learn;
    Excellent social skills and a great teammate;
    Availability to work in shifts;
    Previous work experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage.

    Responsabilitati

    Be the point of contact between the company and its clients, responding to customers' requests and presenting comprehensive information regarding the products and services offered by the company;
    Troubleshooting and resolving technical difficulties; when required, bring up the issue to the proper department;
    Working in morning, day and night shifts;
    Assure customer retention and actively manage complaints;
    Committing to the team results by accomplishing the given common tasks.
