    Responsabilitati

    Responsabilitati
    - formarea agentilor de vanzari din call center;
    - intocmirea planului de formare al noilor angajati;
    - elaborarea materialelor de training, studiile de caz si role-play necesare in training;
    - acordarea de feedback-uri agentilor de vanzari si cresterea productivitatii acestora;
    - sustinerea de interviuri de selectie, acordare feedback candidati, programare training;
    - pregatirea activitatilor de angajare si integrare a noilor angajati;
    - colaborarea constanta cu departamentul resurse umane.
