•Bachelor’s degree- Technical / Engineering;
•Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position (automation / electronics) or in Automotive industry required;
•PLC and PC hardware and software knowledge- is an advantage (Siemens, Schneider, Rockwell);
•Thorough understanding of production technologies and processes;
•Knowledge of automation / electronics / mechanical concepts and tools;
•Ability to establish and maintain an effective communication and good working relations with the other departments;
•Strong analytical skills;
•Results oriented, negotiation skills;
•Able to work under pressure in a very dynamic environment;
•Motivation, perseverance, positive attitude, ability to solve problems and take initiative;
•IT knowledge (MS Office professional, Google suit);
•English- advanced level.
•Ensures the compliance with policies, procedures and work standards (both legal and internal ones);
•Ensures the maintenance performance through key performance indicators and ensures that the objectives of the team are achieved;
•Focuses on continuous improvement;
•Ensures the installation and maintenance of systems / equipment in terms of mechanical and electrical part;
•Carries out various repairs to machines and equipment, ensuring the conformity with the technical specifications;
•Ensures recommendations based on the need, change, expansion and replacement of tools and equipment;
•Updates the database regarding the failures evolution follow-up for each spare part, anticipating and preventing the potential failures;
•Builds and follows up the preventive and predictive maintenance plan;
•Draws up the preventive maintenance procedures;
•Ensures the operators’ training regarding the preventive maintenance procedures, replacing parts and performing other maintenance tasks in the area;
•Proposes and implements improvement ideas to increase the equipment reliability and efficiency, reducing the downtime;
•Manages the documentation of the production means / equipment, following the mechanical plans and electrical schemes modifications.
