System/Data analyst experience (including definition of datasets and data manipulation in XL)
Very organised, able to manage multiple activities in parallel.
Shows initiative, able to operate with minimum coordination.
Project implementation experience in multiple EMEA countries
Proficient with MS Excel / data conversion experience
Will act both as a key point of contact for the Time/Pay global projects and the coordinator for the local projects, supporting data migration, testing, and training.
Successful implementation of Payroll and Timekeeping projects in 3 countries
Sunsetting of legacy tools (as required).
Data extraction from multiple legacy systems and conversion to standard XL templates
Testing, and validation of local data from legacy systems into new tools
Coordination of project activities, status reports, and escalation of any issue/resource gap/dependency
Facilitation and end-user support for testing and training activities
Transition of local tools to new environment
