    o Bachelor’s Degree – degree in Business or Technical area with MIS concentration or related work experience is preferred
    o 2 years of experience in business process analysis of required; Have good understanding of capabilities and constraints, particularly in relation to the Sales Cloud and Partner Portal
    o Customer focused, action oriented and committed to driving quality results
    o Self-starter, able to quickly learn and adapt to new process and technologies in order to meet business needs and drive business value
    o Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning
    o Able to effectively deal with and manage ambiguity
    o Possesses analytical and problem-solving skills
    o Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills
    o Proficient in Microsoft Suite skills. Required: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio.

    Your Impact:

    o As key member of a global Customer Success Operations team, the Business Analyst will be responsible for driving efficiency to increase velocity to the PTC Sales organization through programs which marry process and technology. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical, business and people skills with a desire to drive our transformation. This role involves provision of support on multiple platforms including but not limited to CRM platform as relating to high profile projects and new enhancements.

    Your Day-To-Day:

    o Provide timely and professional support of SFDC PRM and CRM functionality to internal and external constituents.
    o Execute system administration activities, necessary to maintain access, visibility and usability of the applications.
    o Liaise with constituents to understand business problems in order to assess and propose process and technology solutions.
    o Validate solutions with end user community and execute testing to ensure that they are “fit for purpose” and compliant with business requirements.
    o Facilitate the preparation of artifacts in relation to support delivery and test scripts to ensure through execution and continuous operational improvement.
    o Execute thorough user acceptance testing (UAT), necessary to deploy quality solutions to user base
    o Author business requirements that represent desired state and functionality
    o Collaborate with team to identify common end user issues requiring system bug fixes or enhancements necessary to continuously drive adoption and improve the user experience.
    o Liaise with Cross Functional teams in a collaborative environment to achieve common objectives and value to the business.
    o Facilitate the creation of application and process training collateral ensuring end user ability to use and understand delivered solutions.
