Key Activities:
- Prepare correspondence and documents;
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries;
- Place orders for office supplies;
- Reports to Office Manager any issues regarding the office area;
- Take and relay messages;
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls;
- Provide information to callers;
- Greet persons entering the company;
- Direct persons to correct destination;
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness;
- Provide general administrative support;
- Tidy and maintain the reception area clean.

- Excellent communication skills;

- Ability to multitask and prioritise;
- Positive and friendly attitude;
- Advance knowledge in English language;
