    Cerinte

    Studii superioare finalizate (preferabil in Economie au alte domenii relevante);
    Minimum 2 ani experienţă in operaţiuni bancare, administrarea creditelor, gestionare politelor de asigurari locuinta, plati, contabilitate;
    Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Visio), Internet, E-mail;
    Pozitiv, organizat, flexibil, creativ, profesionist si cu atitudine cooperanta;
    Focus pe atingerea rezultatelor si spirit analitic;
    Bune cunstinte de limba Engleza si Microsoft Excel reprezinta un plus.

    Responsabilitati

    Gestioneaza bazele de date, genereaza si primeste apeluri telefonice catre/ de la clienti cat si administreaza mailbox-ul, toate dedicate proceselor de monitorizare credite de refinantare, monitorizare clauze contractuale, restructurari credite, darea in plata si insolventa personala;
    Genereaza zilnic notificarile scrise si le transmite catre furnizor extern;
    Asigura informarea departamentelor interne, la solicitarea acestora, cu privire la situatia centralizata a notificarilor (atat format letric cat si electronic) transmise clientului ING;
    Verifica inscrierea corespunzatoare a ipotecii si corectitudinea acesteia in favoarea ING;
    Centralizeaza, inregistreaza si genereaza raspunsuri standard pentru cererile de restructurare primite din partea clientilor;
    Asigura arhivarea documentelor la dosarul clientului;
    Monitorizeaza existenta si reinnoirea corespunzatoare a politelor de asigurare ale imobilelor aduse in garantie, valideaza corectitudinea datelor si face actualizarile corespunzatoare in sisteme;
    Asigura intocmirea dosarului de despagubire pentru aplicatiile de credit Prima Casa neperformante;
    Respecta termenele de raspuns si normele de lucru stabilite si comunicate;
    Ofera suport pe e-mail sau telefonic fortei de vanzari şi tuturor departamentelor implicate, pe probleme legate de operatiunile de credit dupa acordarea acestuia (in conformitate cu responsabilitatile descrise mai sus, precum si pentru alte procese viitoare);
