    Facilitate teams for better creativity and try to improve the efficiency of the development team
    Responsible for managing the Scrum process with the coordination of Scrum team in Agile methodology
    Responsible for removal of impediments for the Scrum team
    Arrange daily stand-up meetings, facilitate meetings, schedule meetings, demo and decision-making processes in order to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation process
    Help Product Owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make then ready for the next sprint
    Build agile capability through teaching, mentoring and coaching
    Individual/group coaching for team members and Scrum Masters to enhance individual and team performance


    Extensive experience as Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach
    Extensive knowledge of Agile principles and delivery practices (including Scrum, Kanban and Lean)
    Significant hands-on agile delivery experience, including experience in Enterprise-wide agile transformation and leading change
    Good skills to coach team how to follow Agile Scrum
    Ability to bring energy to inspire and motivate teams and stakeholders, whilst balancing the need to drive business outcomes
    Agile and/or Scrum certifications desirable
