IT Project/Program Manager in Hong Kong

Amaris is recruiting Project/Program Managers under permanent position in order to sustain its growth over APAC.
Clarify the needs of the client and translate them into rigorous requirement lists
Identify standard and project specific deliverables, key assumptions, follow and mitigate risks and issues
Define, measure and report project KPI with right level of information
Identify right resource within teams and constitute / coordinate project team members
Create, review or adapt when necessary existing processes to make them more relevant, efficient and optimal
Set relevant control in place to ensure what has been delivered meets requirements validated
Continuously improve project management toolkits and methodologies

Proven relevant experience, ideally in BFSI environment
Expertise in project cycle management and methodology with ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
Analytical mindset, knowledge of Agile and Design Thinking methodology is required
PMP, Scrum Master and/or other certifications would be a plus
Attention to details, excellent verbal, written and communication skills in English, excellent teamwork, leadership and analytical skills are pre-requisite.
