    Ce ar trebui sa stii/ai:

    - Atentie la detalii;
    - Experienta in utilizarea MS Office (in special Excel);
    - Studii economice superioare finalizate;
    - Abilitati de comunicare excelente;
    - Perseverenta si responsabilitate;
    - Minim 1 an experienta intr-o activitate similara;
    - Limba engleza - cel putin nivel mediu;

    Responsabilitati

    Ce vei face?

    - intocmirea fisierelor de plati
    - obtinerea aprobarilor pentru plata facturilor
    - intocmire/ridicare scrisori de garantie bancara
    - completarea diverselor formulare bancare ( implementare imputerniciri, actualizare date, etc ) , urmarirea semnarii si transmiterii lor catre banci
    - listarea extraselor bancare de pe site-urile bancilor
    - urmarirea conturilor bancare, verificare solduri , incasari si plati
    - relatia cu INSSE raportare lunara IND_TS
    - relatia cu BNR raportari incasari/plati imprumuturi
    - evidenta si obtinerea deciziilor de impunere DITL si plata impozitelor
    - intocmire diverse situatii solicitate de client ( estimare solduri, situatie diverse costuri, etc )
    - activitati secretariat ( printari, scan-uri, arhivare ,etc )
    - asistenta departament contabilitate : printari, listari diverse din programul de contabilitate, intocmire dosare necesare pentru diverse controale, verificare facturi, arhivare documente,etc
