    Responsabilitati

    • Ofera suport intregii echipe de vanzari (emite rapoarte din Margin Minder si Wiz, etc.);
    • Asigura suport in procesul de creare clienti noi si reactivare clienti existenti in baza de date;
    • Centralizeaza si verifica rapoartele cerute de DTS Sales Manager Beverages ;
    • Redacteaza contractele distribuitorilor si actele aditionale aferente contractelor pentru zona alocata si verifica documentele care urmeaza sa fie trimise odata cu contractele pentru semnare
    • Tine evidenta bazei de date aferente contractelor si urmareste actualizarea permanenta a acesteia;
    • Ofera suport in pregatirea prezentarilor pentru seful direct;
    • Mentine corespondenta pentru seful direct (fax, e-mail, telefon);
    • Tine agenda managerului direct;
    • Urmareste , centralizeaza si verifica deconturile de cheltuieli ale managerului regional si managerilor zona din regiunea alocata;
    • Centralizeaza, urmareste si transmite departamentului contabilitate facturile de cheltuieli;
    • Organizeaza sedintele de vanzari si se asigura ca participantii cunosc programul si locul de desfasurare al acestora;
    • Tine legatura cu Departamentul Resurse Umane pentru diverse probleme administrative (intocmire si centralizare pontaje, dosare angajari, formularele pentru modificari organizationale, adeverinte, etc) si pentru organizare evenimente;
    • Transmite in filiale informatiile primite de la HR si centralizeaza si transmite catre HR toate informatiile solicitate (actualizare organigrame, concedii, etc)
    • Organizeaza diferite activitati de protocol;
    • Urmareste, analizeaza si transmite comenzile de consumabile.
