    Responsibilities

    Reports to: Operations Director CEE
    Working place: Brasov

    MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Leads and manages all operations functions including manufacturing, logistics, material management, production planning, warehousing and inventory management, distribution and transportation, customer service and product lifecycle management to meet company’s business requirements and excellent customer service level.

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
     Builds an effective team, selects, develop and motivates the team members and manage their performance
     Develops and implements operations strategy and objectives as part of the strategy and business objectives of the company
     Manages the operations function in order to ensure outstanding customer service level at optimum costs
     Ensures the integration of sales forecast, procurement, production, logistics and customer service functions into a smooth end to end process
     Ensures effective crossfunctional and crossborder cooperation, facilitates resolution of conflicts and quick decision making at emerging problems with optimum risk level
     Builds and manages good relationships with external business partners and ensures their performance
     Elaborates annual budget of expenses and investments required and maintain costs within the approved budget
     Ensures compliance with legal requirements, health and safety regulations, food safety and quality regulations, company policies and internal regulations, procedures and code of contact within the operations function
     Builds and manages good relationships with authorities, effectively negotiates proper implementation of legislative requirements, solicit approvals and solves legislative issues
