    › Successful completion of a College degree

    › Software or Financial Services experience desired

    › A basic understanding of and interest in how software can deliver value to financial institutions

    › An interest in and ability to conduct thorough industry/market research and analysis

    › Strong business writing ability and communication skills

    › Innovative thought processes and approach to work with a creative mind and passion for quality

    › Expert level MS PowerPoint skills required

    › Advanced MS Excel and MS Word skills an advantage

    › Ability to work pro-actively as a self-starter with limited direct supervision

    › Capable of prioritizing tasks efficiently with excellent attention to detail

    › Fluency in English, both verbal and written


    Provide assistance in client facing engagements by collaborating with the front-line teams to create high-quality customized deliverables in presentation and/or document format

    › Contribute to the content of external client deliverables and internal sales enablement collateral by conducting focused market and industry research to support and validate value messaging

    › Collaborate with the line of business owners to support the creation and delivery of internal and external value tools, presentations and documentation to support Go to Market campaigns

    › Provide support to front-line teams with creative ideas and MS PowerPoint graphics to convert content and value messaging into the highest quality executive level presentation slides

    › Build ROI calculators in MS Excel to aid business case analysis

    › Act as the first point of contact for value tools support to the sales and sales enablement organizations for your assigned line of business

    › Support industrialization to enable scale by developing and maintaining innovative PowerPoint slide templates, reusable business concept slide graphics, and other internal productivity tools

    › Own and maintain value-focused knowledge libraries and pro-actively add new content and drive front-line teams to contribute e.g. Industry benchmarks, client success metrics

    › Create and maintain team intranet sites to ensure all created content is readily available to key stakeholders within the organization

    › Provide support in the creation of materials to publicise and promote team services internally and pro-actively drive teams to push news updates out to the organization

    › Provide operational and administrative support to front-line teams e.g. maintain centralized document storage, monitor team mail accounts, document team processes, create and maintain onboarding material, assist with the creation of training slide decks etc.
