    Requirements

     University (Degree) in IT, Marketing or Economic
     Good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM or for the other similar tool
     Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
     Experience in development, support and maintenance of complex IT systems, including interfaces
     Very good analytical skills
     Experience with MS Office, especially Excel
     Good knowledge of Daimler environment and Daimler systems/ interfaces like GO, Wings, MBKS, Compass, CAS, etc
     Good knowledge of Daimler/ MBRO processes
     Good communication skills
     Ability to understand fast the problems and find solutions
     Good ability for synthesizing big amount of information

     Efficient, dedicated and responsible
     Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
     4 – 7 years in the development, maintenance and support of IT complex systems (preferable for a crm system), preferable in automotive
     Experience in providing support to key-users/ end users

    Responsibilities

     Collect and analyse information from system users to formulate the scope and objectives of the Customer360 for MBRO or other MPC / Daimler departments
     Write and/or review the system specification in order to meet user needs
     Responsible with the split of the ERP system C360 and with the developments of new features or modules
     Coordinates the resources (e.g. programmers or consultants) from external supplier in order to implement changes
     Develop new features by himself using standard functionalities of MS Dynamics
     Participate to the status meetings with the supplier and he is co-responsible for prioritizing topics for being discuss during meetings
     Monitor live systems in order to run accordingly to the business requirements documents (e.g. all interfaces to other systems are working, data are imported correctly, etc)
     Manage the application delivery process over the entire project (Build, Test, Migration, Go-live, and Post Go-Live).
     Test functionalities of the application before go live in order to ensure that the application is meeting business and users requirements of the Customer360 for MBRO or other MPC/ Daimler departments
     Documents defects (may also prioritise defects accordingly to the severity of the incidents), propose action plans for fixing and monitor bug fixing for Customer360 for MBRO or other MPC/ Daimler departments
     Supervise less experienced team members during testing phases
     First level of support for users/ key users from MBRO, MBRO dealers or other MPCs/ Daimler departments for Customer360
     Provide consultancy and propose solutions for fulfilling user requests
     Assure back-up for other team members
     Prepare reports, analysis or marketing lists accordingly to the requests from other MBRo departments
     Train and support new/ less experienced team members
     May delegate/ assign less complex tasks to less experienced team members
     Prepare and maintain documentation in order to guide systems users from MBRO/ MBRO dealers or other MPCs/ Daimler departments for Customer360 for MBRO or other MPC/ Daimler departments
     Train MBRO/ MBRO dealers/ other MPCs/ Daimler departments key users/ end users of the system
     Provide consultancy for key users

    Design information systems that are appropriate for users’ needs and consistent with the overall design of the organization’s information systems architecture, including the split of MBRO ERP system Customer360 (C360).
