    What you’ll do:

    •Conduct initial interactions with prospects in a timely, professional and proactive manner;
    •Research and identify decision makers for potential clients;
    •Identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities;
    •Map entire job pool and proactively match exceptional candidates in our database to potential roles;
    •Effectively communicate client value proposition;
    •Promote HRS services by initiating contact either by phone or email with decision makers;
