Have a good understanding of what a company should gather to optimize their website and Affiliate program
Key daily tasks include:
· Monitor and analyze web-properties (web and social traffic) to determine their potential for revenue.
· Analyze traffic sources, metrics, and patterns both on PC and on mobile web properties.
· Evaluate marketing campaigns and report and share data with the team to discuss optimization
Design, direct and monitor optimization and tests ideas to acquire and retain users based on data research
· Build ad-hoc and periodic reports to communicate data findings and tracking
Use A/B testing and optimization tools to drive revenue, recommend development of new landing pages, and recommend optimization and improvement ideas for current pages
· Collaborate with internal teams to build effective monetization strategies
· Track and maintain budgets and client costs, create templates, and consolidated billing to our clients
· Research and be aware of online trends and competitors’ online presence

Qualifications for this position:

· Minimum one year of mobile digital marketing experience
Fluent in German
Hands-on experience managing campaigns in Google Adwords, Facebook Ads or other similar networks.
· Excellent understanding of all digital channels (search, mobile, social media, web, e-mail)
· Knowledge of Microsoft Excel/SQL is a plus
· Solid understanding of front-end web development (HTML, CSS, JS, etc.) is a plus
