Requirements:
Willing to accept the challenge to support the setup of the Reporting, Analytics & Master Data Management function from scratch;
Previous experience in a similar function and proven track record;
Relevant experience / qualifications in a heavy analytical discipline;
Expert user in Microsoft Excel, Access & VBA;
Extensive experience and aptitude in data modelling / analysis, relational database design, ETL and OLAP;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Ability to work under pressure and with high flexibility ;
Delivery-focused with strong project management skills;
Experience with ERP, P2P, eSourcing or eContract Management systems and processes (particularly Coupa and Emptoris) desirable but not essential;
Good understanding of Operational Procurement, Helpdesk and P2P platforms, processes and best practice (Coupa expertise desirable but not essential);
Tableau expertise desirable but not essential;
Excellent problem-solving, relationship management, escalation management and influencing skills with a strong customer-service orientation;
Ability to drive performance and continuous improvement.

As Reporting, Analytics & Master Data Management you would:

Supporting the Head of Enabling Services and the Reporting, Analytics & Master Data Management Team Lead to challenge onshore functions to ensure optimal use of Bucharest-based Reporting, Analytics & Master Data Management systems and capabilities;
Offering ‘on demand’ and project-based analytical support;
Creating scheduled reporting;
Assuring administration of relevant systems and tools;
Ensuring, in conjunction with the technology team, that reporting, analytics and master data management requirements and functionality are incorporated in technology roadmaps;
Maintaing relevant master data and data capture;
Ensuring functional KPIs, SLAs, OLAs and other performance objectives are met;
Achieving continuous improvement / automation / optimization.
