BUSINESS PROCESS OWNER (BPO)- (connectivity modules)

•Interested in automotive products & new technologies (connected vehicle);
•Previous experience on a BPO role or similar (process performance and capability monitoring, gathering new business needs, change management);
•Abilities to interfere, communicate and deal with various peoples from different countries/jobs (engineering, after sales, marketing and subsidiaries / importers);
•Structured mindset, decision taker;
•French at advanced level, English at intermediate level;
•Autonomous in her/his daily activity and rigorous handling of tasks;
•Customer oriented;
•Proactive and enthusiastic team player.

•Defines the data to be issued;
•Defines the most appropriate management strategy;
•Defines specs of the functional evolution for the after sales solution which should remain compatible with the standard systems.
