•Follows-up the actual connected services customers from Fleet Asset Management;
•Provides support regarding the server connection;
•Manages the customer relationship;
•Manages the customer relationship for the Fleet Asset Management customer (ensures the vehicles follow-up and claims resolution);
•Provides support on the company access deployment within countries.
