We are looking for a talented and passionate recruitment specialist able to explore markets, interested in finding the right position for every candidate and motivated to build valuable delivery teams!

Passion for talent acquisition processes and minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment;
Smart, out of the box thinking, positive and determined with team spirit and can do attitude;
Client and candidate management experience and focus;
Business Process Services/IT experience – nice to have;
Social/economical studies – nice to have;
Employer branding interest;
Excellent communication skills;
• Understands recruiting demand and skills profiles within area of responsibility;
• Client and candidate focus – in charge with both candidate and client experience;
• Responsible for large recruiting pipeline;
• Conduct end to end recruitment process;
• Participates in recruiting events and sourcing activities;
• Find best sources and recruitment channels for specific roles;
• Administers referral process of applicants;
• Provides external marketplace information to Recruiting Lead and HR Team;
• Updates and utilizes recruiting databases and tools;
• Reporting activities .

1 year contract with continuity potential.
Working schedule: 09:00 - 18:00 from Monday to Friday.
