Travel Administrator - 1 year

SUMMARY OF ROLE

Provides travel administration support for all Emerson Automation Solutions Europe travelers.
 
PRINCIPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responds to travel requests in a timely and professional mannerMakes sure all travel requests and bookings comply with the Emerson EU and local travel policy
Provides travelers with the most cost-effective travel options according to the requirements submitted in the travel request form
Organizes international travels in terms of: flights, car rentals, hotel booking, train and taxis
Provides travelers with corresponding travel documentation like itinerary and e-ticket, hotel, taxi, train or rental car confirmation
 Makes sure all tools are managed with accuracy and stores all historical data
Occasionally interacts with 3rd party suppliers regarding the requisition of specific travel services.
 
 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
 College/University Degree
1 year experience in administration type tasks (travel booking preferred)
 Languages spoken: fluent English plus other European language - advantage
Great communication skills
Abilities to use different PC tools.
