QUALIFICATIONS
To complete the ideal candidate profile, you need to have:

Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science or equivalent preferred)
2+ years of relevant experience on a similar position
Scrum/Kanban experience
Experience in working with engineering and UX teams to build web applications (mobile experience is a plus)
Strong business analysis skills
Project management background is a plus.
Some experience leading geographically distributed teams is a plus.
Good English skills (written and spoken)

WHAT YOU’RE GOING TO DO
Proactively represent Stakeholders’ interests and manage constant communication with all involved parties
Understand customer and user needs in order to establish and nurture the Product vision
Define goals, provide direction and monitor the Product against its vision
Communicate the Product vision effectively
Define the Product key functionalities
Partner with the engineering team to define, track and test user stories
Set acceptance criteria for each user story
Own, prioritize and refine the Product backlog
Plan and schedule releases on time
Maintain responsibility for establishing context and coordination for the Development Team
Participate in Scrum Ceremonies
Report to management and stakeholders
