Accounts Payable Responsible

Primary Location: Romania-Cluj-Cluj-Napoca
Job Function: Accounting & Finance
 
SPECIFIC  JOB  RESPONSIBILITIES:
Verify received invoices and supporting documents;
Scan received invoices on Smart Scan;
Code invoices in Eye-share and process 3 way PO matching invoices;
Ensure invoice are approved, transferred to Oracle and paid on time;
Check scheduled payments and fill in manual payment requests;
Reconcile and confirm AP balances, on both trade and intercompany;
Support for monthly closing process.
 
REQUIRED  QUALIFICATIONS  AND  EXPERIENCE
University Degree in accounting or finance;
Experience in accounting would be a plus;
Knowledge of ERP systems – Oracle would be a plus;
Good communications skills in English;
Good command of Microsoft Excel;
Team player, ambitious, well organized, focused on details.
