Senior NOC Engineer
-To analyze and troubleshoot technical solutions for the Backbone Network and key customers;
-To be the primary contact for key customers;
-To be the escalation point for NOC and Customer Support team;
-To be team-orientated and willing to be a mentor of the team members;
-To maintain a customer focus to ensure customer satisfaction;
-To have good communication skills in dealing with actual customers;
-Curiosity and strong desire to constantly learn;
-To be open-minded and willing to learn and work with new technologies.
-Experience of at least 2 years in an ISP or in a large enterprise with a complex infrastructure;
-Advanced knowledge of operating Cisco and Juniper routers and switches;
-In-depth knowledge of layer 2 and layer 3 protocols (Ethernet switching, MPLS, TCP/IP, routing protocols, VPN technologies);
-Beneficial if candidate has DWDM and SDH experience.
-Troubleshooting skills; TCP/IP Networking; DNS; Security Devices; Linux and Windows Servers;
-Experience in cloud platforms and/or with virtualization solutions;
-Experience and knowledge of OSS and scripting language;
-Team-player and good communication skills.
