    Cerinte

    Preferred University Degree in Economics or Foreign Languages;
    Proficiency in Romanian, English and French - both foreign languages are a must;
    Marketing knowledge;
    Primary accounting;
    Proficiency in the MS Office package;
    Very good presentation skills;
    Flexible, creative, serious and responsible;
    Positive, organized, discreet, eager to learn, people oriented, with initiative and common sense.
    A high level of professionalism in dealing with individuals from both inside and outside of the company;
    A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information;
    Excellent communication skills in both written and oral form;
    The ability to complete tasks and projects quickly, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and work effectively with team members across the organization;
    A good sense of humor and a desire to work hard, have fun, and make history.

    Responsabilitati

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    Manage schedules and travel arrangements;
    Prepare business reports, expense statements, monitor budgets;
    Maintain “who does what” document;
    Track and help drive completion of key deliverables with follow up on outstanding items;
    Take minutes at meetings and keeping track of follow up actions;
    Transmit information or documents using a computer, mail;
    Prepare letters, memos, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software;
    Enter and retrieve information contained in computer databases using a keyboard, mouse, or trackball to update records, files, reservations, and answer inquiries from guests;
    Operate standard office equipment other than computers such as telephone, typewriter, fax, photocopier, calculator, and electronic peripherals;
    Document and communicate all guest requests/complaints to appropriate personnel;
    Follow all company policies and procedures, ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets;
    Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees;
    Speak with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
